DelTrackeroo is the delivery management app for Patrick's Continental Breads, proudly serving the Sydney and Canberra regions. Our drivers use DelTrackeroo daily to manage deliveries across these areas.
DelTrackeroo is built for delivery drivers. Your manager will set up your account and assign deliveries to you. Once your account is created, you can log in using your mobile phone number and the OTP code sent via SMS.
Enter your registered mobile phone number on the login screen. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter that code to access the app.
After logging in with your OTP for the first time, the app will ask if you'd like to enable biometric login. Tap "Enable" and verify with your face or fingerprint. Next time you open the app, you can skip the OTP and unlock instantly. You can turn this on or off anytime using the fingerprint icon in the top bar of the deliveries screen.
Make sure you're entering the correct mobile number registered by your manager. Check that your phone has signal and can receive SMS. If the problem persists, contact your manager to verify your registered number.
On the main deliveries screen, tap the "Start Shift" button. This begins tracking your shift time and enables GPS location updates so your manager can monitor your route.
Tap on a delivery from your list, then tap "Complete Delivery." You can take a photo as proof of delivery using your camera. The delivery will be marked as completed and your manager will be notified.
During an active shift, DelTrackeroo shares your GPS location with your manager so they can track delivery progress in real time. If you allow "Always" location access, tracking continues in the background while you use navigation or other apps. Location is only tracked while your shift is active — never outside of working hours.
Tap the "End Shift" button on the main deliveries screen. This stops location tracking and records your shift hours.
You can log in on any device using your mobile number and OTP. Biometric login is specific to each device — you'll need to enable it separately on each phone you use.
